Brought us in thru the back door. Never knew of the nice entrance until the next morning. Paid over 2000 a night for adjoining rooms which were off the back reception next to the loud elevator. Drunk obnoxious people outside our window all night. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a five star hotel.

Outside the property is run down with lots of graffiti. The room was large and the bathroom was really nice but bedroom carpet was old shag. The front and lobby was closed and had to use the service elevator through the back grimy part of hotel. For the premium price it was not worth it.

Great location but if you have bags be ready to carry them yourself as they don’t offer pick up or drop of service from outside the walls of the city, you have to get to the hotel walking and carrying your bags
