Highly recommend staying here! The rooms are modern, clean, and much larger than typical Tokyo accommodations. Having an in-room kitchen and washing machine made our stay so convenient. It’s located in a peaceful area but super easy to walk to Ginza or catch the metro. Friendly staff and hassle-free check-in. 10/10!

Unfortunately, why everything was pretty good including the location and the clean room, we had an issue with the air conditioner. We are on the top floor so it was warm. I brought it up the second day and they were going to take a look at it, but it did not make much of a difference. The Hitachi unit was not only allowed but very inefficient and basically took the entire night to cool the room. So it did work a little bit, but it was minimal and the noise was not not noticeable. Otherwise everything was good, I wish the TV did not have a a volume lock at 40, but that seems to be common at Japanese hotels. Hopefully with the air-conditioning issue being fixed, will definitely stay here again.

"The room was smaller than expected but I hear all rooms in Japan are. The AC was very nice during the hot summer. Overall it was a very good experience. My only complaint is the coin laundry they have; the wash cycle takes 30 minutes and recommended 60 minutes to dry, this often causes a line for ..."
