Came here for my 21st birthday and the staff not only at the front desk, but the casino cashiers, the staff in the restaurants inside, and everyone on the property was happy to be there and gave me the experience of las vegas seamlessly! Will be back!

Amazing location. Great rooms. I have used this place several times when I have visited - it is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Los Angeles.

Room smelled like cigarettes and after asking to clean and spray the room it still smelled after like they didn’t clean it

This is a virtual/kiosk check in hotel which is limiting but can work when the technology works. When I arrived, the system was down and there was another person ahead of me waiting for it to come back up. After 15 minutes, it was operating again. This is a very basic hotel/motel-absolutely no frills and parking fees. It’s generally clean but garbage bins fill up and sit for a while before being emptied. There is no onsite staff - you’re on your own except for the virtual/remote agent depending on technology. This is a low end facility that charges appropriate rates for what you get. It’s clean but limited in every other way.
