I had such a wonderful time during my stay close to station and 7-11 right across from the property. Wonderful staff

We loved this hotel! The layout of the rooms was great and they were very spacious! The. Bathrooms were beautiful and also spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was helpful and we were able to do laundry everyday. We had one issue with the air dryer in shower, we went downstairs and they had someone up in 10 minutes to fix it. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful. We were able to easily use Google Translate if they didn’t speak English. The location was nice wand quiet but close up to many things. 7 eleven a few minutes away! It did take a little longer to get to other areas of Tokyo as we were not on a main subway line, but we enjoyed th quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. The rooms were also really quiet- we couldn’t hear anything outside or in other rooms! No other hotel we stayed in was this quiet.

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. After a long day of sightseeing in Tokyo, the hotel served as a wonderful retreat — the gardens at night were a truly unique and peaceful highlight. Getting around the city was effortless, with major train lines just a short walk or bus ride away, and taxis readily available whenever needed. A special mention to the doormen, whose warmth and professionalism made the stay truly memorable.
