"I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 overall. There were definitely some great aspects, along with a few areas that could be improved. Pros: -Good, convenient breakfast with essentials like eggs, sausage, bagels, and cereal -Snacks and items available to purchase at any time, which was very convenient -Nice amenities including a pool, lazy river-style area, and activities like pickleball and golf -Overall a solid stay with a lot to offer Cons: -Room was very warm upon arrival and took a while to cool down -AC unit was very loud -Cleaning staff was quite loud gossiping/talking in the mornings -Shower pressure was just okay -Atmosphere didn’t always feel as upscale or relaxing as expected -Some guests’ behavior and strong odors in common areas took away from the experience Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great amenities and good food, but a few improvements in comfort and overall environment would make it even better."

"Great place to stay near Disney and Universal. The resort is huge with multiple pools and plenty of activities to choose from. Walmart is basically across the street and it’s about 5 minute drive to plenty of restaurants. Staff were excellent and resort was well taken care of. Would stay here again. "

"Overall the stay was good. But our suite was dirty. The floors were awful. Our feet were filthy from just walking. Gritty and dusty. We swept the floors, that took the top layer off but still dirty. The pools were nice, splash pad needs a fence. No breakfast options ."
