"The ac in the room had issues it was not blowing cold. Probably is time to update them. We liked the location and it was clean. Need a tray to place Gerry on we had to put them in one of our beds."

"Best part of the stay was the staff. You pay 25 a day for mediocre parking, the rooms are not clean on check in (had to reclean the entire bathroom myself), there was white flecks of something everywhere, the only clean part of the room was the bed. The shuttle to Universal runs once. At 745am. 2 hours before the park opens. I have photos."

"Our stay was great! The only downside is that there aren’t any microwaves in the room, you have to walk to an area that’s not in your building to use them. Otherwise stay was fine "

"Small size rooms, especially bathroom, Gives more of Motel vibes than actual Hotel. Really good breakfast, just not the waffles, lol. Very kid friendly. My kids LOVED it - pool, playground, characters showing up at breakfast. Some games that required balls/rackets required you to leave your ID before they release them so in case misplaced they would charge you, which made sense but they didn’t have a set charge per item when i asked. It seemed like they would make up the cost on the go, which i thought was odd, so we didn’t play with those options, lol"
