All the staff are very friendly. Resort felt very safe and the dining experience was great. We're vegetarians and we never left feeling hungry. Slot has to be booked for the steam room and sauna. Which is great, as you're not then sitting awkwardly with strangers. Loved all the personal touches.

Great place to stay! The owner and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was cool with a beach view and a pool. And the restaurant (same owner) was excellent! I recommend for a stay in Crete!
