Killarney East Lighthouse Tours and Activities

Couldn't ask for more. We've stayed at about a dozen different cottages in northern Ontario and Lakeside Cottages in Bruce Mines is the best. The beds are comfy, the price is reasonable, the cottage comes fully stocked (no upcharge for bedsheets like some places!!!), the kitchen is full and also stocked (salt and pepper and oil and coffee!!!), the cottages are clean and pretty, the view is amazing, the firewood is onsite and included (not $20 for a tiny bundle like some places...), reasonable canoe rentals, beautiful lawn and playground for the kids, and the hosts are so nice, great at communication! This is our second year visiting and we WILL be back!

I've been going to this resort for 5 years now, I really don't know if I can return next year. Last year the windows didn't close and we had a nightmare dealing bugs until we put cardboard over the problem. This year, we had a rain storm and the windows were leaking so bad we had to use all the towels to clean the mess. This resort is great location, rooms are big, but A Lot needs to be done in Reno's, it's falling apart. The mattresses are sooooo stained, the bedding, bring your own, it's stained too, pillows, use your own The staff is Amazing!! So Awesome! But whoever owns this resort really needs to do some up grades and buy some new sheets
