Very good hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Daily room service with plenty of water and snacks. Only issue we had was with WiFi which needed to be reset by the staff twice. Convenient location near Gundavli Metro station.

Good Hotel for reasonable price near T2 in munbai. very friendly staff. Buffet a bit expensive for spread. Also very very expensive and unreasonable is the ride to T2 from hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. the room was clean. The in room dining was quick and the food was delicious.
The staff was very helpful and polite.
The reception staff was very courteous especially the 'Afreen' THIS GIRL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT.

Stayed for 4 nights March 2026. Novotel is convenient for getting around and just a few minutes drive to the Airport . The Hospitality and warmth of the Staff was definitely 10 on the scale. The driver who took me to the airport, was a pain in the neck insisting on tip. I had no cash and yhe guy was very insisting, a hassle. The hotel should train this people not to bug customers after paying inr 1200 for a 5 min ride
