  • L'une des seules unités avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine et l'océan Atlantique. Key Colony Beach est au cœur des Florida Keys. Très belle brise toute l'année et excellente vue depuis la cuisine, les salons et la chambre principale. Réveillez-vous tous les jours avec de magnifiques levers de soleil. Deux chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, face à l'océan et face à la piscine. Troisième étage avec ascenseur et 2 courts de tennis. Grande pêche et plongée en apnée depuis la plage. La jetée de pêche est nouvelle (2019) et reconstruite après la tempête de 2017. Deux courts de tennis à travers le parking avec un parc.

We had such a good time here. The property was exactly how it was listed. Pool was fantastic! Kevin was a great host and responded very quickly when there was a question. The condo had all what we needed. We hope we can be back!

What a great place to stay! What a beautiful condo the owners Kevin and Clay are great, they are both are so kind and they keep this condo consistently maintained, their condo was so clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved our time spent there and will be returning next year

Paradise Found is a lovely condo in a beautiful setting. The host, Kevin, was very welcoming and hospitable. We will definitely be returning.

This unit has an excellent view of the Atlantic

For an older property it is well maintained and clean. Excellent view. Great location. Definately interested in staying here again.

Once again we had a wonderful time at Casa Clara! The view of the sunrise from the balcony is fabulous! Watching the ocean and listening to the waves is so peaceful and relaxing. The condo is clean and Kevin is a great host! We will be back!

Everything was perfect. Taking a chance on VRBO is always nerve racking but we hit the jackpot! Beautiful condo, very clean, quiet and beautiful sunrises! They are right when they describe this paradise ,it was for us.Make sure you go to Sunset Beach at sunset!It’s a special treat every night.

Perfection in the Middle Keys

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this condo! It is immaculately clean, it has all the amenities you could possibly need and it’s in a perfect location. Key Colony Beach is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxed, island-y vacation. The condo is located on a very quiet street

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay at this property! The pictures were spot on. You have a gorgeous view of the pool and the ocean. There were upgrades every where you look. The bed was super comfy. Communication with Kevin was excellent. This was the perfect spot to explore Marathon and make a day trip down to Key West. We checked out lots of local restaurants and went on a snorkeling trip. The best part was hanging at the pool. We met and chatted with lots of the full-timers at this condo. I can't say enough good stuff about our stay!

Key Colony Beach Vacation, Marathon Fl

The property is well cared for. The condo was bright, updated, comfortable and very clean. The oceanfront views were magnificent. I just got back last Wednesday and September in the Keys is very hot but the sky was blue, the days were all sunny and the pool was beautiful and clean.

Beautiful ocean & sunrise views from spacious balcony. Living area & kitchen lovely - newly remodeled. MBR king bed super comfy. Bathrooms have not been remodeled but are adequate. Great complex with friendly residents and helpful property manager. Would go again

The condo is just perfect. It is modern, well equipped andspotlessly clean. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and provides an electric massage, if wanted. There is a large balcony with comfortable seating that spans the entire width of the apartment and affords a view over the pool and the ocean...just beautiful. Casa Clara isa lovely complex with a spacious pool and a large, well kept beach. Kevin, the owner of the unit, was a pleasure to deal with, both gracious and responsive. I recommend a stay without any qualifications. Enjoy!

A Florida gem!

The location was perfect and the view beautiful! The listing was very accurate. The condo is comfortable despite some minor age issues. Kevin was very conscientious, responsive and easy to deal with. Casa Clara did not disappoint. We definitely hope to return!
