Staff was great but it was a real process getting the correct password for our wifi. It was just out of date and they had to contact the rental company over in Maui. Otherwise we had a nice time!

Staff are friendly and respectful. Location was excellent convenient to down town with live night life. The room was not clean. They had maintanance reconstruction with very disturbing noise from 8 am to 5 pm. If I have knew it before I did not book this place. There is no relaxation time at the place and they blocked access to balcony. It isnot pleasant stay in this location.

The courtesy of the staff. Hot spa! Very clean. Even the guest's were friendly probably because of the nice staff.
I should have mentioned the microwave may not spin completely. It still git our dinner hot.
