Great staff. Quaint building.
Nice place. One negative, the place required maintenance.
The air conditioning was totally inadequate. The temperature in the bathroom was always 25+C, very sweaty

Once again, a great stay at the Journal for a work trip.
I have stayed many times before, but think this was my first room on the front of the hotel, 9th floor.
Better view than the rear, but unfortunately, also noisier at night with both traffic noise and music from somewhere?
The staff, accommodation and food was as usual, fantastic.
Will definitely stay again, but will ask for a rear room next time.

Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more ...
