Room is spacious and clean. Efficient staff specially front desk. Hotel is above the Namba station. There is an adjoining Store for grocery, pharmacy and other essentials. It’s a 13 min walk to Dotonbori.

Loved that the room size was a bit more spacious, freshly washed pajamas were provided every night and complimentary bottles of water, slippers and other amenities. Very convenient to have a convenience and drug store under the building. Loved the coin washer and dryer in building. Located close to many shopping and attractions.

The room was clean and well organized, which I appreciated. However, the biggest downside was the strong unpleasant odor in the room. There was a musty, stale smell that made the air feel far from fresh, and we found ourselves using air freshener throughout our stay just to make the room more comfortable. If the hotel could address the odor issue and improve the air quality in the rooms, it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the smell was difficult to ignore and significantly impacted our stay.
