(16 reviews) The room was nice and designed well but poor service from the hotel staff and not the most clean. We stayed 2 nights. The first night we had no hot water and by text the manager suggested to turn the handle as if we don’t know how to operate a shower. Luckily my husband is a plumber so the following morning we found the water heater and adjusted temperature to high. The room we stayed in had no view and metal rattling in the wind all night from a poorly secured roof below our room. The heater doesn’t work and it did get cold at night. The power went out and we waited nearly an hour to get someone to look at it. We were showed our room by security but not offered any help with luggage. (We would have tipped). We had about 15 dogs fighting at 6am so that was a great way to wake up. I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for the basic amenities. Design was cute. Staff is basically non existent. No service.
