It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiest Americana Oxaca hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional service.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, always making us feel comfortable and well cared for. Every detail of our stay was handled with genuine hospitality, and their kindness made our experience especially memorable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Oaxaca. We truly appreciated the wonderful service and the care shown by the entire team.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would be very happy to return and would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
