The room and customer service was good. The noise on the other hand was unacceptable. The people above us started partying after midnight until about 5am. It's impossible to sleep under those conditions.

Check in was was easy peasy. Staff is extremely friendly. The location was perfect, walking right into uptown. The room was super clean!
