The hotel was lovely and the surroundings perfect with a swimming pool and beautiful sitting area.
What did seem odd that there was no bar to relax in.
One restaurant member told us we could not sit of an evening for drinks only and that we should go in to the bar of the restaurant itself?
When checking out the very good receptionist told us that we should have been able to get drinks and sit outside on the ratten chairs that were available.
So when we do visit the hotel again we are now aware of our positions as hotel guests. We otherwuse really enjoyed the hotel. Rooms where comfortable and the breakfast perfect and very much to our liking.

The bathroom at the suite at the end of the hallway needs bigger drain and doors. Everything floods to easily. Otherwise, the unit was perfect. Lovely staff and good residential location.

Excellent location in the heart of Alicante. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the beach.
It could be noisy through the night and in the early hours, either by street noise and others staying in the apartment block during our stay.
The Electronic check-in process sent did not work. I messaged the hotel 3 times over 2 days (1 day before check-in and 2 the day of check-in) but there was no response. Luckily they did have a reception area and completed the check-in process upon arrival at 3pm.
The apartment had not had a proper check over prior to our arrival. The floor was gritty under foot. The shower did not work and loose fittings in the bathroom. The shower was replaced the following day and loose fittings addressed other than the floor seal fronting the shower causing water to run onto the bathroom floor if running too fast.
When dealing with the staff in person they were helpful and polite.
Overall we were very happy with our stay other than the issues mentioned.
