Humbug Spires Trailhead Tours and Activities

This was really one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I was in the mountains and make the reservation with spotty service and we accidentally booked the wrong date. Instead of accommodating a switch of the stay we were offered no ability to switch the days. Just told they have to "follow the strict policy". Shame on a big business for treating customers this way. I'm going out of my way to book local no matter the higher price. Terrible experience by a horrible business

Everything was great! The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is minor really - we stayed for a couple of nights and there was nowhere convenient to hang towels for use or to dry. Not near the shower or the sink.
