The hotel was well located I. The centre of Mexico making it easy to use as a base for local excursions. There was a cliche to start as we had asked for a vegan breakfast and it was limiting - we asked for avocados as there was no real choice and the staff were looking to charge us. I was unimpressed. The 2 nd day the manager had shared it was okay and would provide us with gluten free bread and avocado which was great The spa was lovely and gym had more than enough equipment. Was a great hotel.

This hotel was the perfect home base for my friends and I in Mexico City. We were able to get a suite so we could all stay together. The neighborhood is amazing and the metro is 1 block away. Lots of amazing restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The hotel suite itself was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is so kind and welcoming, and we will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location and very helpful staff

Very nice historic hotel with nice bedrooms and an amazing view from the restaurant. Breakfast is quite expensive (not included in room rate) if you're not really hungry / don't want much from the buffet but food was good. Hotel staff very helpful. Restaurant staff less attentive in the evening - had to chase a number of times and food was a bit cold because they just left it waiting on a tray near our table - but breakfast service is much better. In the evening I would recommend just having a drink to appreciate the view of the square rather than eating there.
