First time staying at the Lifestyle crown residence suites and I loved it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the time Making sure that everything was okay. The suite was very clean, the food at the restaurants was vey good. Thanks to the guy at the front desk who made the check-in so easy, and to Jenifer Perez for calling me next morning of our arrival to make sure that everything was okay or if i needed anything else. We will definitely come back again.

I liked the fact that we were right on the beach. The room was clean but it had an old smell to it. Housekeeping was excellent! The food was good. Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff always assisted as needed and was pleasant. I do not drink alcohol so, I did not partake in the Bar.

El servicio al cliente en recepción y lugares de comida fue muy bueno y atento, no tuve ningún problema, recepción incluso nos regaló una suite para nuestra estadía. Muchas piscinas y diferentes complejos que podíamos visitar, así que nunca te aburres por estar en el mismo lugar. No me gustó el transporte dentro del complejo, ya que los conductores no son atentos y siempre están de mal humor, aveces te ignoran y te dejan esperando, literalmente solo 2 fueron amables, después de ahí los conductores son los únicos empleados desagradables; btw los de carrito de golf son muy amables también y nos ayudaron a movernos por toda el área y ellos si nos trataron bien. La variedad en la comida siento que pudo ser mejor, pues muchas cosas básicas ni siquiera las tenían como un simple pollo frito o tiras de pollo, o un helado… El snack de merienda y medianoche muy escaso, solo hamburguesas y sopa, por lo menos pizza deberían tener. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que muchas veces nos sentimos discriminados ya que si no eres vip aveces te quieren hacer sentir menos, pero solo son algunos empleados y muchas veces nos preguntaban si éramos residentes americanos o ciudadanos y cuando le decíamos que no nos despreciaban, ya sea para decir que era para darnos un regalo o un tour pero que no aplicamos por ser dominicanos y siento que deberían ser más cariñosos con los clientes locales y que apoyamos lo nuestro. Pero en fin, tal vez volvería si es con mi grupo de amigos, podemos hacerlo divertido.
