We were told check in was at 3:00. We drove for five hours hoping to have a room ready for us before heading out at 4:00. The room was not ready and would not be ready until 4;00. Therefore, we were forced to find a place to light until our 4;00 appointment. The check in clerk was also abrupt about the room and gave little information about parking or dining. The rest of the hotel was great.
