"Clean room, quiet, good breakfast, close to beach and shopping"

"We have been staying there every year for the last 5 years, hotel seems to be needing updates, bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan or standalone light, carpet starting wear, beds are very soft. Main complaint would be the breakfast, it’s progressively gone down hill, served pineapple that tasted like canned, sometime no scrambled eggs but commercial premade, no more boiled eggs, some of breakfast staff a bit grouchy this time. For us breakfast was the kicker, may consider another place next time."

"Pool was lovely! Breakfast was delicious and the location near the mall is fantastic entertainment when there is bad weather."

"Wifi was pretty fast. Outdoor pool was clean and chairs were comfy. We went to Hawaii at a bad time, it was during the Kona storm. Power at the hotel was out multiple times on our first night. The staffs were all scrambling and restaurants were ill prepared. We had to extend our stay due to the second wave of the Kona storm ; staffs were accommodating. Check out were seamless and we even got a coupon for taxi. Overall our experience was pleasant. I would recommend the hotel to anyone with little ones since it was super close to the beach. "
