Tons of beach stuff- snorkels, sand shoes, surf/boogie boards, chairs, cooler, etc. Second fridge outside is clutch for holding groceries, etc.All rooms have AC, it will take some time upon arrival to cool it off if its a hot day but other than that, they were great.The house is in a pretty low key part of the north shore. About a 45-50 minute drive from HNL. There are places on the way to stop for groceries which was nice. Youll be driving for about 10-20 minutes to get to Waimea Bay for instance so expect to drive to see the really nice beaches. The beach that you can walk to from the property is quite small with a decent amount of rocks. Given the choice to go to the beach at the house or drive to a nicer one, we chose to explore and drive to other beaches on the island. The house felt safe. No issues with neighbors or anything at all. There is also a lime tree in the backyard for your use as well as a beautiful tree in the front yard that you can make your own lei with if you bring some floss or string with you.All in all, its a great base camp for your hawaiian adventures! ##### ryan a. Caretaker was very responsive when we needed anything and also gave us wonderful local recommendations of places to eat and things to see and do.Great location, close to Northshore, without all the traffic.
