    "The room was spotless. I asked for additional towels and coffee and it was brought up to the room in minutes. It was nice having free laundry services. The neighborhood was fun, safe, and clean. It is conveniently located near the underground, and there are plenty of great pubs nearby."

    "The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other..."
