Really cool vibe at this hotel. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and the food/cocktails are excellent. We almost felt guilty eating here too often because while we wanted to check out other locations, the food here was so good! (Try the club sandwich. It is excellent). The staff are really excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and this is a pretty quiet hotel for El Poblado.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities and attention to detail. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness throughout the property and the high level of customer service provided by every team member. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt valued as a guest.
