Now for interior, there are only positives critiques to be said here. Everything is high end, they provide you with so many things that it is easy to cook your own meals! They have lots of pots and pans, dishes etc… but no condiments. They even provided beach gear like boogie boards, snorkels and beach towels, not to mention local coffee and cookies on arrival. The location was close to grocery stores, easy to get to downtown, and close to the beaches as well. Only downside were loud roosters in the neighborhood, but that's just part of being in Hilo. L’hôtel en lui même aurait besoin d’une rénovation, surtout au niveau des chambres et des salles de bain, mais le confort est tout de même là avec une literie de qualité. Attention au ménage, notre réfrigérateur n’était même pas vidé à notre arrivée. De plus, le service « voiturier » est à revoir ! 25$ par nuit et le chauffeur n’a même pas été capable de conduire notre voiture prétextant que notre véhicule était en panne… pas très professionnel. Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, c’était un très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, malgré quelques points à revoir !
