Only one robe was provided ,no ice tray for drinks..the spa did not heat it only bubbled and jet water,believe the heating function was broken.filled with pure hot water the next refill.. Air-conditioning remote did not work even when I replace the battery's so we had no control over the temperature..lastly but least was stains on the mattress protector other than that our stay was appreciated and welcomed"
