« We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The site is beautiful and provides many sustainable options for activities and cooking (e.g., hiking trail, parks, wood-fire pizza oven on site). We also traveled with our dogs and will add that the site and the glamping cabin is very dog-friendly, offering an off-leash area for the dogs to run around and a washing station. The staff were also very responsive to questions via text. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. »

« I was not aware of the $45 dollar charge per dog. The attendant said “it’s because you booked through Expedia.” Well? So, was I penalized for booking through Expedia which gave a $99 price for the room. My $99 dollar room became a $189 dollar room. Probably would have booked somewhere else for $25 pet fees that were stated upfront! 2-10 year old dogs weighing 15 lbs each. Really? Poor! »

« We experienced a medical issue and had to end our trip early. We attempted multiple times to cancel our reservation, but every call to the hotel was extremely difficult. The staff members we reached could barely communicate in English, and several times they simply hung up on us. On one call, we were told “the manager is not here.” On another, we were told we had to “go online to cancel,” which was not possible for our situation. At no point were we able to speak with anyone who could actually...

« Lovely cabin with a very comfortable bed. A little tricky to find at first. WiFi was great. No cell service. Clean and neat with a warm and homey feel. Good communication. I would recommend this properly. »

« Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. »
