« Staff (Erica and Amy) were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was huge and beautifully decorated. We felt as if we were staying at a bed and breakfast with lower hotel price. Hotel is walking distance to downtown shops and breweries. Overall, highly recommend! »

« The Restoration is an exceptional hotel property anywhere and especially in Asheville! The only recommendations would be to have hand irons and ironing boards available in addition to the provided steamers, and to have adjustable pressure shower heads as the water pressure is a little lacking. »

« It was honestly a really great stay. The weekend was beautiful and we had a mountain facing room which made it even better. So much is within walking distance, it’s a very walkable city. The staff was friendly and patient and we had no problems. The elevator was a bit odd, but outside of that it was a wonderful place. We would absolutely stay here again. »
