Hearst Playground Tours and Activities

Major construction made it really hard to get to the hotel. The valet parking was full so they directed us to park at the Hilton across the street but gave no directions how to get to the parking garage. Just said “it’s across the street.” So that was a wild goose chase. Had curly black hairs all over the bathroom ceiling and on the bathroom door and notified the front desk And showed them photos 2 mornings in a row as we were heading out for the day and they were still there after the room was cleaned. Let them know again upon checkout and I guess the maintenance guy was at the front desk and showed him the video. So hopefully they took care of it. One of the things elevators was broken.

This is a great place to stay to see the sights in DC. Within walking distance to most points of interest. The room was great! Very clean and everyone of the staff was professional and nice. Everything was at expected... Except the TV... I was unable to connect to any of my personal viewing accounts except Netflix which was built in to the unit. I like to watch YouTube TV but was unable to connect. I also was unable to cast from my phone. It's wasn't a big deal but it was the only issue I had. I highly recommend The River Inn.
