Area has been improved new stores and renovations

Only issue was trying to check out. Waited 10 minutes but nobody showed so just left without checking out since could not wait any longer.

The staff was the best part of the hotel. From the front desk to the restaurant/bar. I didn't feel the housekeeping actually did a good job. For example, the bed was not made but just pull the cover over. I also didn't like the fact that there was no safe in the rooms. I wouldn't feel comfortable locking anything in my vehicle being that it was in a public garage due to the lack of parking for the hotel. The food was also very good especially the breakfast. As far as the staff, I think the most friendly and valuable employee would be Cassie in the restaurant. Now only did she go over and above what was required, but also very helpful with the area and seem very nice person.
