Great location. Karen was super helpful however the manager had quite the attitude and was unfriendly. The hotel appears outdated considering it is a four star hotel. It served its purpose and I appreciated Karen's kindness when we were jet lagged and she made sure to do everything in her power to help us get a room as soon as possible.

The hotel itself is very old and beautiful. It is very close to the beach. Unfortunately my room had a very pungent smell of mildew and and water damage. It ruined my stay. I checked in very late due to flight delay and had to get up very early for a flight the following day. So changing rooms for a 4 hour sleep did not happen. Definitely not worth the amount of money charged and would not reccomend this hotel
