The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

We were early for check in but we were given access to parking so we could walk around. Gentleman who helped us first was great but young woman who checked us in was not at all helpful. Breakfast was ok. WiFi was great.

I came here for a 4 night stay in Brussels. We were very early checking in. Thinking we could have our bags stored, we were surprised that the receptionist found us a room right away. The room was clean, spacious with a lovely bathroom. Plenty of space for toiletries an the best hotel hairdryer I've ever used!. There is a safe in the room and teamaking facilities. The bed was very comfortable with great air conditioning. The bar was fantastic with very reasonable prices and a balcony you could sit with good views of the city. Breakfast was good with a good choice. In almost the hotel itself is fantastic within easy reach of the city centre. Next to fruit shops and convenience shops. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely return
