"Stayed last year at the ritz Carlton and decided again this year. Staff are amongst the best very helpful and welcoming. The only disappointment was we weren’t able to play the golf course as it was undergoing a major greens over haul. However this didn’t stop us staying again instead we played elsewhere. "

"L'appartement est dans un immeuble neuf. Il est bien équipé, assez spacieux et clair. Le balcon est un peu petit, on ne peut pas s'y installer, dommage. Mais le reste très bien. Au centre du village, sur la route principale, on est proche de tout : Le paseo, les commerces, les bars, le glacier et bien sûr la plage et le port... Pas besoin de voiture ! "For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony "
