The entire hotel looks brand new and modern. The staff is amazing! Very helpful and willing to help. Also, the food at their restaurant is very good and not expensive (when converting to USD). Some side notes for someone looking to reserve is that they have a different concept, so there’s no room service and not bellman. Other than that, the overall experience was very good and the location is great as it’s about 20-25 minutes to the airport. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis looking for a great accommodation.

The hotel looks new and high end, but lots of things inside the room make it look cheap, like poor bathroom finishings and dirty, ripped blinds. Plus there was hair all over the floor when I checked in (not the same colour as mine, so I know it was there before I got there). The breakfast is pretty bad, cold food that has no taste, poor selection, terrible, gross-tasting coffee - total disappointment. Pleasant staff and good location, but otherwise pretty meh and overpriced for what you get. I'd only recommend if you get a huge discount and don't pay for breakfast.

As a repeat guest at Adam Hotel, I have always appreciated the property, and I continue to be impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the excellent maintenance of the amenities. However, I felt that the overall level of service during this stay did not quite align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Small touches that usually define the experience, such as a welcome drink upon arrival, were missing. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited compared to previous visits. I hope to see these areas addressed, as they would significantly improve the guest experience and help bring the service back up to the high standard this hotel is capable of.
