« Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. « Loved the value for the price, the size of the villa, the furnishings that allowed us to spread out. Wasn't the unit pictured in the photo but worked out fine. Some confusion at check-in, unit wasn't ready at 4pm check-in time and they didn't have our paperwork completed from the day before, so we had to wait a while. »

« We stayed at this property for a week in early June, 2025. It was as advertised in the listing! Very clean, easy check-in, and many amenities in the development. It was also very close to a beach access (0.20 miles per my Apple Watch)—which was a pleasant surprise!
