"Amazing place! great for a pit stop into and out of NYC. Great for stargazing, and a beautiful wide open grass field, next to the running water, has fire pits, and horseshoe! It’s quiet despite how close the road is."

"The property was a wonderful place to get away and relax. Our dogs were able to run off leash for their first time. They swam in the pond and we hiked in the woods behind the cabin every morning. My wife and I had coffee while enjoying the great view, we made smore's in the firepit and grilled on several occasions. The nearby town Ellicottville was slow paced and had some very enjoyable restaurants (winery, brewery, and Dina's), Niagara falls was close by. Overall the property was fantastic and there was a nice mix of things to do in the area...we plan to visit again!"

"Stayed here for the 2024 solar eclipse. The house is cozy and quaint. We really enjoyed the fireplace and of course the hot tub! We also enjoyed fishing in the pond on the property."

"This was a great place to stay with two adult couples. Two bedroom two bath means privacy for everyone. The location was great. Wish we had more time to spend outdoors hiking in the state park. I’d like to come back in the summer to sleep on the screened in porch and listen to the waterfalls. Travel was made all that much easier because we were able to bring our furry friend."
