The main concerns relate to the breakfast experience and the staff serving guests.
1. Breakfast presentation
The presentation of the breakfast buffet should be improved. When I saw how the food was displayed, I honestly lost my appetite. There was a large bowl of scrambled eggs that looked unappealing and as though it had been sitting there for some time. I also had to repeatedly ask the chef to bring out fried eggs, which should have been readily available.
2. Staff attitude and customer service
Staff should be more welcoming and friendly. Guests have paid for their breakfast and are entitled to enjoy it without feeling uncomfortable. It was quite embarrassing that one of the young ladies preparing the tables for dinner was constantly watching guests and repeatedly asking, "What would you like?" I did not find this approach particularly friendly or hospitable, and it made the dining experience feel less welcoming.

"Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park.
