"This hotel is a complete scam. We arrived to check in, the code they sent us to enter the hotel was FAKE. We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. "The room with the jacuzzi was definitely worth it for the price. The free wine upon entry was also really nice. Highly recommend doing the happy hour - great snacks and wine/bubbles. Note, the airport shuttle is NOT free and does NOT exist. It’s a cab and will cost you about 200 NIS. Also, aircon/heat does not function in the winter months; prepare to have those windows open. Great experience, great location. "
