Rooms weren’t ready at 5pm. Went to the pool, terrible smell of propane everywhere. Ordered room service and it was ok at best. Hallway had multiple rooms with door propped open with junk stacked to the ceiling with bad smells coming out. Bed was old and hard. Bathtub was dirty. Had to go to ER at 8pm bc of a health issue, came back at 2am and asked for a late checkout, they said someone was in the room so I’d need to be out by 12. Just not a single moment of hospitality or consideration. The property is beautiful and the location is nice.
