"We had a wonderful stay at the Corner of Broad. The place was charming, well designed and appointed with everything you need. I’m high maintenance and it exceeded my cleanliness standards! It was also just around the corner from the neat little historic town of Georgetown, so you could easily walk to get a meal or find something to do. The hosts were extremely nice and communicative. Would recommend!"

"We are there for a half marathon and the house was a 10 min walk from the start and everything downtown! Bedrooms were beautiful and super comfy! Kitchen was very well equipped!"

"Rice Cottage provides the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and everything (absolutely everything!) you could possibly need during your stay. Thoughtful touches like night lights in every room were greatly appreciated. Our host was lovely and communication was top notch. Georgetown is the perfect destination in between Charleston and Myrtle Beach - quiet but an easy drive to either place. Would love to stay here again!"

"The house was nice and provided plenty of room for our family. One strong point about house was its nearness to the beach. Our family spent lots of time enjoying the beautiful beach since it isn’t as crowded as beaches closer to Mrytle Beach. The home does need a few improvements, such as painting porches and replacing some porch furniture. Also, we had a problem with ants in the kitchen and some other rooms."

"This is an amazing home, that took, quite frankly, a little time to figure out. There are two series of stairs - blue and green - with some rooms connecting in the middle. The outside shower also connects to the house. It was well equipped. It took awhile to find the 4th bathroom (it's in the shower) but convenient when coming back from the beach (which is a very short walk). There are lots of stairs, which is sometimes challenging for the elderly. It would be nice to have a King bed (vs Queen)...

"The stay in Debordieu was wonderful. The house we stayed in was very comfortable, well equipped and a great location. My only complaint was that the rental company had to switch our house placement at the last minute due to construction in the house we selected. Knowing that contractor work can get delayed, I am understanding of this, but I wish they had given us some notice and compensation for the value of the house change. We were not informed until key pick up. Other than that the house was...
