100 year-old hotel (literally 101 yrs) ... it's had updates ... but the radiator did not keep up and I was freezing in my room. The staff was very mixed ... some friendly and helpful ... others dour and clearly don't want to be there (and unhelpful). I was only there for two nights ... would have moved if it had been a longer stay.
