"The hotel was beautiful and we were pleased from the moment we walked in. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a room with the most beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious as well as all the coffee options. A delightful stay that made the Garmisch-Partenkirchen lag of our trip even more wonderful! Thank you!!"

"Excellent hotel! Chose it primarily because of the surrounding scenery and it did not disappoint. The hotel is suprisingly large and consists of multiple buildings. The staff is super friendly and helpful (despite my poorly spoken German!), the room was very nice & clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is unsurpassed - food tastes great and there are so many choices! The restaurant (by the lake) is also very good. I would definately choose this place to stay at again if my travels bring me back in this direction. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay. We woke up to beautiful mountains outside our balcony window. The lady at breakfast was super nice. The front desk gentleman was very nice and spoke English so that was helpful. It is close to the train station about an 8 min walk. Aldi was down the street a couple blocks."
