"Main Elevator went down during stay and had to use a different one which required more walking to and from room. We are young so not an issue for us but thankful it was fixed quickly so we didn’t have to go down stairs with our luggage at check out. Staff was great. Rooms were very clean and maintained. Covered and secure parking is a huge plus. We went on Sunday and not much was open at Union Station unfortunately."
