Fox Island

I stayed in room 313. The room needed dusting, vacuumed, and the bathroom swept and mopped. I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. My mother and I traveled from Michigan, and make it in quite late. I checked in my manager Daimem. Anyway, we make it to the room, I pulled out the sofa bed where I had to sleep, and found the mattress stained with blood (a woman's ) in several different places. I went back down to make management aware and asked for a replacement, but he said he didn't have one. So I had to cover it with several sheets. No apology or compensation at all.
