The first room we have been put in was clearly dirty with hair on the bed and in the bathroom and stains all over the floor. The toilet had not been cleaned either. The worst part was that there was a plumbing noise in the ceiling that prevented us to sleep all night. They were sorry because the hotel was full and they couldn’t do anything for us. They came and heard the noise. The director of the hotel told me he was ashamed because he couldn’t even refund us at the moment as it was a decision to be made at the head quarter. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel.
