The apartment is located on the top floor of one of the oldest buildings in the area, which is why it features a terrace with a 360° view of all of Florence. Its extremely central location allows you to experience every facet of Florence, both from outside and inside the apartment.It consists of a very bright living area, one double bedroom with a very spacious walk-in closet, and two single beds in the loft. There are also two relaxing areas that are particularly charming thanks to their location. The bathroom has a shower and a window. Of course, the splendid terrace will offer you a truly unique experience.


The apartment is entirely at guests’ disposal. It’s on the 4th floor—there are about 90 steps, but they’re easy to climb—and we’ll help you with your luggage.

The apartment is located on one of the most central and beautiful streets in Florence, just a stone’s throw from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The area is lively and bustling during the day, very quiet at night, and is also close to the shopping district.

You can explore Florence on foot or by public transportation—we’d be happy to explain the options to you. Alternatively, if you’d like to take longer trips, we’d be happy to help.

My wife, my son, and I—if you’d like—will provide you with full support throughout your entire vacation. We can organize trips to Chianti or other destinations of your choice, and we can even accompany you to the Outlet Mall, where you’ll find the world’s most famous designer brands:
