Paola is quickly responsive to all communication. The location is easily walkable to all attractions, and if you don't feel like walking there's a bus stop right outside the door. Like other reviews mentioned, it's loud. But I can't imagine a spot in the center of Florence that isn't. Think of it as part of the charm. Also, make sure to eat at the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs. Amazing! ##### Jeffrey P. Communication with hosts was a little delayed, but it was not a problem. The checkin worked fine. Only minor issue was street noise. We like to sleep with open windows if we can, but in this case we had to give that up and close and latch the windows and turn on the well-working AC/fan. That worked well and shut out 90% of the street noise. Slept great. ##### Jeffrey H. Wine offered in greeting manual however advised “the guest before drank it all”. Not a great start to our Florence leg of the trip.
