BEWARE of amenity deception. Do not stay here in the summer unless you get a suite with air conditioning. Before I made a reservation through Travelocity I checked their website to see if they had air conditioning since your site did not have it listed. Their website had air conditioning listed as an amenity. The only rooms that had a/c were suites. I would have never booked this hotel in the summer. I know that a lot of hotels in Europe do not have it, so I always confirm. When I asked reception about it she had the nerve to say we do have a/c in some rooms, the lobby, restaurants, spa. And I said SOME rooms is not all and should not be listed as an amenity on their website,. The room was like an oven and we couldn’t sleep for 3 nights, It was an expensive miserable experience. The worst I’ve ever had when traveling. This resort was very deceptive. UNACCEPTABLE.

Delightful place to stay. Very clean and very accommodating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was on the small side but our travel companions room size was perfect. I would definitely recommend to others and I would also stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Great amenities with a wonderful pool and spa. Amazing views including castles & lakes. Modern rooms that are styled well and have comfortable beds. As I was doing a road trip, while parking is limited, there is some available. Didn’t care for the Lisl buffet, but ordered à la carte, was tasty. Close to lots of walking trails and castle/museums.
