"Laundry was available for free. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. The snack with water bottle was available to take out for the day. I'll stay here next time I visit Ottawa."

"My weekend stay was seamless —start to checkout. The staff member told me about all the room amenities, hotel amenities as well as the breakfast and dining options. She also asked what floor I wanted as there were options. The room was spacious and VERY clean. Plenty of towels—great shower—hand held & rain faucet options). Comfortable bed. She also explained the Hotel policy of putting a $100 charge on my credit card which would be ( and instantly was) returned upon check out if no charges were warranted. The room coffee Nepresso machine & electric kettle were great for me as I like having coffee readily available The warm DELICIOUS cookie offered at checkin was a homey touch. The location is ideal to the Byward Market and the Rogers shopping center. There is a Metro stop about 1 1/2 blocks away. All the staff were most helpful whenever I needed directions to a restaurant or other place."
